Luxscape Landscape & Construction designs and builds outdoor spaces across Sydney: complete backyards, retaining walls, paving and entertaining areas, lawns, gardens, irrigation and drainage. Some jobs are a whole yard from bare dirt; others are one wall, one lawn or one drainage fix. Every one is planned and built by our own crew.
Built in layers
A backyard is built in layers, and the ones you never see decide how long the rest lasts. Drainage goes in first, so water has somewhere to go. Walls and footings hold the levels. Paving sits on a compacted base with the falls set. Soil, turf and planting go in last, on ground that’s been properly prepared. Skip a layer, or build them in the wrong order, and the problems show up a few wet seasons later as soggy lawns, leaning walls and sinking pavers.
That’s why we build the whole job ourselves. With one crew responsible for every layer, nothing gets lost between trades and nobody builds over someone else’s shortcut.
What you can expect
- You talk to the builder. The person who walks your block and writes your quote is on site when it’s built.
- An itemised quote. Written for your block after a site visit, so you can see where the money goes. No set packages and no vague lump sums.
- A timeline before we start. You know when work begins and roughly how long it will take.
- Good materials. Stone, pavers, soil and plants chosen to last, not the cheapest on the day.
- A tidy site. Cleaned up at the end of every day and properly at handover.
- Straight answers. If something isn’t worth doing, or needs an engineer or council approval, we’ll tell you.
